Interesting choice of tie...

As Denis Coderre pointed out in QP today...Harper was wearing an orange tie...

Love the picture

More on this later

We have tapes too Stevie!

If Harper really believes that the majority of Canadians hold his values why doesn't he just come out with it in his platform..I mean pamphlet.

Another thing...who wants to bet that the Cons will pinpoint who took the video and hang that person?

...a stimulus package we know will get out the door

There are a lot of Canadians who consider an election a waste of money.

Au contraire!

Money spent on elections doesn't just vanish into thin air, it goes into the economy.

Election delivery activities, including fees to election workers and poll officials, printing lists of electors, and renting offices of returning officers and polling sites:$108 million

Pre-election activity, including electoral material and supplies, the training of returning officers and other key staff. Maintaining the National Register of Electors since the 2000 general election, ad and outreach campaigns, support network and information technology support:$111.5 million

From the breakdown it sure looks like it'll help with job creation and create business for companies.

Instead of watching those deceitful conservatives re-announce spending "commitments" and not get money out the door, let's have an election, pump money into the economy and KICK those CONServatives out of here!

Rumour has it that the Liberals are gonna kick ass this election

79 to 1?

"Layton noted that in the past, it has been the Liberals who have voted to keep the minority government alive.

'Look at the record – 79 times in succession it hasn't been the NDP that Mr. Harper has counted on to get support," he said.'"

Now who's playing political games?

According to Graham Richardson on CTV, the CONServatives are planning to introduce a Ways and Means bill early into the next sitting that includes the Renovation Tax Credit. Essentially they are daring the Liberals to vote against the Ways and Means bill so they can come back and say that the Liberals are against tax breaks.

Ralph Goodale has said that it's a bunch of bull because a Ways and Means bill is only needed if there is a Tax increase.

In any event, I hear from some unnamed freshman liberal strategy people that the caucus says to take em down anyway! Canadians want a a bigger picture vision not small-minded silly micro issues.

WE WILL DO BETTER!!!

I'm sick of not getting any coverage

I have decided that with Canada's 41st federal election pretty much slated for this fall I would start a blog.

Over the last year and a half I have been hearing/reading about information leaked by unnamed Senior Liberal Strategists. How come i'm never sourced? Well i'm not going to take it anymore!

Starting now i'm not going to leave it up to the mainstream media. I will leak information on my own terms! Take that MSM!
